The Chiefs of Staff who survive the next 18 months won't be the smartest in the room. They'll be the ones who learned how to design, deploy, and oversee AI systems that multiply their impact and value.
The real problem
AI agents are already doing the repeatable, admin-like work you spend 70% of your time on. Scheduling. Summarizing. Drafting. Routing. Reporting. The CoS who doesn't know how to build and direct AI automations and agentic systems isn't just inefficient — they're the person the CEO will soon start to wonder about. Meanwhile, at another company, a CoS just automated her entire weekly reporting cycle, built a pre-meeting intelligence brief in 12 minutes that will be used for years, and isn't working on the weekend. Her CEO thinks she's a genius. She just knows which tools to connect.
The gap between those two CoS operators isn't talent. It's not work ethic. It's one decision — to learn how to build the systems before the system makes you irrelevant.
Stop being the bottleneck.
Build the system. Multiply your impact.
Every report you compile manually, every brief you write from scratch, every meeting summary you format by hand — that's time you're not spending on the work that actually requires you. This program builds the infrastructure that handles the volume so you can own the strategy.
Choose Your Track

Space is limited to ensure high touch support. This will sell out quickly! Six weeks of live implementation sessions with Melanie, a Chief of Staff expert, Dan, an expert AI developer and the co-facilitator who will train and build the automations with you, and a cohort of CoS operators at your level. You don't just learn it, you leave with it running.
Two focused days — foundations and the highest-impact builds — done live with Melanie and the AI developer co-facilitator. You leave with your core systems running.
The full 6-week curriculum on your schedule. Every framework, prompt, and workflow — built to implement without live support. For the operator who finishes what they start.
We build your AI stack and automation workflows for you — customized to your role, your exec, and your company's exact tools. You brief us. We build. You run it.

Common Questions
Am I going to fall behind if I don't do this now?
That's not a scare tactic — it's the market reality. AI agents are already handling scheduling, summarizing, drafting, and reporting. The CoS who can build and direct these systems has a structural advantage over the one who can't. That gap is widening every quarter. The best time to build this fluency was a year ago. The second best time is now.
How exactly does the 6-week cohort work — what's the time commitment?
Each week follows the same rhythm: before the live session, you watch roughly 60 minutes of pre-recorded video content at your own pace — real screen-share walkthroughs, not slides. Then you join a 60-minute live implementation session where you build the week's system in your actual tools, with Melanie, Chief of Staff expert, and Dan, our expert AI developer and co-facilitator, in the room. After the session, you have a full week to implement in your real work environment — running the automation, testing the workflow, using the templates with your actual exec. At the start of the next session, you bring what worked, what broke, and what questions came up. We troubleshoot together and move forward. You're never left to figure it out alone between sessions.
What's the difference between the bootcamp and the 6-week cohort?
The 2-Day Bootcamp is two intensive days covering foundations and the highest-impact builds — you leave with your core systems running, but without the week-by-week implementation rhythm or Dan, our expert AI developer and co-facilitator, in every session. The 6-Week Cohort covers the full curriculum with time to actually embed each system into your workflow before moving to the next. If you want everything built and deeply integrated, that's the cohort. If you want the core fast, that's the bootcamp.
Do I need to be technical to get value from this?
No. Zero coding, ever. The tools we use — Claude, Zapier, Perplexity — are built for non-technical operators. In the cohort and bootcamp, Dan, our expert AI developer and co-facilitator, is in every session specifically so that when something breaks or your stack requires a custom approach, you're not stuck. You brief him. He solves it. You keep moving.
Can my company pay for this?
Yes — and most do. The cohort costs less than one week of a CoS salary at most Series B companies. If you reclaim 10 hours a week, it pays for itself in under two weeks. Most companies approve professional development like this without a second conversation. That said, we'd encourage you to secure your spot first and seek reimbursement after — waiting on a formal approval process risks losing your seat entirely, and cohort spots don't hold.
What tools do I need before I start?
We'll send you a complete checklist of everything you need in advance so you can come prepared. The paid tools are Claude Pro ($20/month), Perplexity ($20/month), and Zapier Starter ($20/month) — roughly $60/month in tool costs on top of program tuition. Everything else uses tools you likely already have: Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion or Airtable. Week 1 covers full setup — you won't be on your own figuring it out.
Who are the facilitators?
The program is led by two people who bring very different — and very complementary — expertise. Melanie Jones is the founder of Elevation CoS Training and The Chief of Staff Coach™. She has recruited, trained, and coached 700+ chiefs of staff at Series A through growth-stage companies, and she built this program because the CoS professionals using AI well were operating in an entirely different tier. Dan Peguine is an AI systems builder with 20 years of experience leading product and growth at technology companies. He has spent the last two years building AI agent and automation systems for businesses and professionals — and he's the reason non-technical people can build technical things in this program. Run the numbers
Adjust the sliders below to see exactly how fast this program pays for itself — based on your salary and the hours you reclaim each week. You can share this with your company to help justify reimbursement.
Based on estimated hours reclaimed. Actual results vary by role, implementation pace, and tool adoption.
The one who doesn't becomes a liability. That's not a prediction — it's already happening at companies like yours. This program is how you make sure you're on the right side of that line.
